UECC (United European Car Carriers) operates a fleet of 17 medium-sized car carriers—ships for cars and trucks. The vessels’ cargo capacity ranges from 1,060 to 4,750 car equivalent units. The vessels are either specially designed or adapted to operate on European short sea routes.
UECC was founded in 1990 and is jointly owned by the Japanese company NYK and Wallenius Lines. The head office is in Oslo.
