Karmsund Port Authorities is an inter-municipal company (IKS) and consist of Haugesund Subsea and Offshore Base, Haugesund Cruise Port and Haugesund Cargo Terminals. The company is owned by the municipalities Haugesund, Karmøy, Tysvær, Bømlo, Sveio, and Bokn.
